PORTALS OF REMEMBRANCE

in progress

The inspiration for The Portals of Remembrance came from an out-of-body experience I had years ago, which profoundly shifted my perspective on things.

The series explores the frequencies of colours rather than shapes and backgrounds. Soft, brushy borders surrounding wide colour fields evoke one mood, while sharper, straighter lines of central forms evoke another. Alternating juxtapositions of similar or divergent tones create varied emotional responses. These colour frequencies intersect with plasma healing codes from Keylontic science and my dreams. Silk thread embroidery complements the paintings. The goal is to immerse viewers in the totality of colour, free from the distraction of shapes, relying solely on the perceptions of the internal world. It prompts questions about its impact and extent, evoking a sense of vastness and the infinite and turning the viewer within.
